Recently, a community of
Oleee.ru football fans appeared in RuNet. I will not compare it with other football social programs. I want to say a few words about Oleee itself. Moreover, now is the time - interest in football has greatly increased in Russia. In a country where every second fan simply needed a similar project. Maybe two, and three, so that each one chooses a platform for communication to taste. So here. How is it in the textbooks on effective management - we praise and scold?
Any thematic community is a priori good in that it is a place for communication, acquaintance and interaction of like-minded people. Additional obvious advantages of oleee.ru are the novelty and safety of communication. So far there are only two such communities in Runet. Until the last moment there were none at all. Fans met offline, and not always peacefully. Today, fans of different countries, different clubs can discuss the subtleties of the game of your favorite team. Without assault and bloodshed. It is better to verbal duels than street battles. Further…
From the first contact with the resource, the rich functionality is striking: a photo, a blog, a chat, and announcements. If you want to save the video, you want it - look at someone else's. However, on the other hand, if I am still an unregistered user, why should I show icons like “my page”, “profile”, “friends”, which I still can’t see before getting an account?

There are general community statistics on the main page: how many groups, users, comments, etc. Even if there are not so many “fans”, it’s nice that such information is already available.
There is a user rating, which allows a novice to navigate "who is what", "who is on what and why." But, importantly, the rating rules are also available - in the “Top Users” subsection there is a scoring system. For example, for every day from the moment of registration, 1 point is awarded, for each friend, for a photo, for a comment a certain bonus as well. In general, any user activity in the community is positively evaluated.

Of the minuses (in my opinion, they all relate to non-chronic, that is, if you wish, you can fix it and the work will go more fun):
- disturb such things as “times (times”), “voice (s)”, “score (s)”;
- it is a pity that the signatures under the icons are inactive (there is some discomfort in this);
- “Sent messages” - but there are much more euphonious ones - “sent”?
I also want to draw attention to the ill-conceived menu: why put the item “settings” in a separate tab (in some places it is called “parameters”), if in all cases (“friends”, “blog”, “album”, “video "," Announcements "," groups ") there is only one question: will you be notified by mail of new comments or invitations? And nothing but this ... On the other hand, when you open the “My Page” option, a whole screen of visitor activity is displayed. Who when entered, what did, etc. Maybe at the initial stage it is also reasonable to encourage a person (me, I mean) to respond to action. But all these people are not even my "friends." Why do I need to know all this? Just this moment it would be good to adjust for yourself in the "settings".
And the rest of Oleee! I wish good luck to the Russian football players and the community of fans!
