FAS fined Google for advertising abortions

This working week began with the Federal Antimonopoly Service with three fines issued, each with 100,000 rubles, and a resolution to correct the violations committed by the companies.

Fines were issued by Google Inc.; as well as two domestic companies (LLC “Grace” and LLC “Clinic of male and female health”), whose services, apparently, were advertised using search engine capabilities.

FAS in its message states that companies have violated a total ban on advertising services for abortion.
