Foreign or domestic hosting for Russian projects?

Here it became necessary to choose a hosting for a site focused on Russia, Ukraine, i.e. Russian-speaking audience.

I looked at what they write about Russian hosting - I want to spit. I looked at what they offer and at what prices - I wanted to spit even more :)

Then he decided to see what was happening with comrades over the hill. Liked: bluehost.com, hostmonster.com. Unlimited disk space, number of domains and lots of other joys. Prices 2-3 times lower than domestic.

I thought hard: is it worth taking overseas hosting for Russian-speaking projects or is it still ours?
