Kui releases while hot - pre-release testing version 0.4.1

Since the release of 0.4.0, quite a bit of valve-time has passed by the standards of ReactOS, and we ... And without any extra preludes we’re announcing that we are preparing to release the first minor release in the new branch and invite everyone to pre-release testing .

The release of ReactOS 0.4.1 should be viewed as a kind of “service pack” for the previous major release, to which we have been walking for almost 10 years. We prepared the major issue with great excitement and tension, because of something we were simply afraid to include it because of dampness and unprotestedness, but we forgot something, and when we remembered it was too late and threatened to disrupt the announced dates. Unplanned problems were inevitable. Therefore, there will be few changes in the minor release, but among them there will be several significant ones, and we will not postpone the release of 0.4.1 in the back office .

So the changes in 0.4.1 relative to 0.4.0 include:
0. The famous Alexey Bragin patch for problems related to the activation context.
1. Cumulative semi-annual update of the UniATA ATA device driver.
2. Debut support file system btrfs.
3. Fixes of several serious regressions affecting the operation of PowerPoint Viewer, Word Viewer, FastStone Image Viewer.
4. Other bug fixes in the amount of 140 pieces.

The list of supported hardware and software will expand again thanks to the first two items. If the previous release didn’t impress you, this will probably change everything! Please help us improve it.
