Apple TV is already everywhere in the world in February, and in Russia ???

Today, Apple IMC, a marketing company that promotes Apple products in the Russian market, sent a letter to its dealers. The letter reported that shipments of the new AirPort Extreme Base Station base station (in the PC world, these are wi-fi modems) are postponed, since they support the high-speed 802.11n standard and the broadcast frequency is 5GHz. This frequency is not busy, but the law that allows it to be used by civilians will appear only in summer.
As far as I understand, Apple TV is working on the same standard, which makes it impossible for Russians to legally create an Apple home media center until autumn. In fact, given the fact that iTunes does not work officially, so far this is not really a problem, but high-speed wireless Internet is also desirable, if it is technically possible.
