They are probably interested in problems more important than stuffing the Cyrillic rawurlencode into the address bar or sending Russian letters through the built-in mailer.
In addition, I am more than confident that each of us wrote at least one helper or some kind of mod that he left in his distribution for further use.
As for me, there are not so many of them in my account, I would say a little. I also always add .htaccess to redraw addresses and redirect to index.php. In the config change
$ config ['index_page'] = "index.php"; on
$ config ['index_page'] = "";
to address was prettier.
Still there are a couple of fixes for the same Cyrillic, Editor helper, as I usually think.
And what if you get together and stir up a more or less stable (on the basis of a stable add something of your own) distribution kit and accompany it, integrate it into new off-line versions of CI. You can also translate resources, libraries, etc., I think I can find something.
