Yes, there are headphones with a microphone, but they are big. And a separate microphone, as I had, is two times more wires.

I came across the decision when my friend broke the plug on the headphones to his cellular Seriksson w810i. Who does not know, they (headphones), consist of two parts - the adapter and the headphones themselves. The joke is that I have the exact same phone. He bought himself a new Chinese adapter, the headphones left the original ones, so the quality remained at the level. And I took his adapter myself. I re-soldered the plug to 2 regular audio connectors, which are sold in every store and what I got:

1. Now I don’t need to carry 2 pairs of headphones with me - there are only 2 adapters - one from the phone, and the other from the laptop, I only connect the headphones (from my cell)
2. Minimum of wires
3. This adapter is already with a microphone, and very sensitive and high quality

If anyone is interested in Sony-Eriksson adapters, then the pinout is this: for a microphone there are two insulated wires (black and white), for headphones - the ground can be seen right away, it wraps around the entire pile of wires, and the two remaining wires (of green and some bluish colors ) There are two channels on the headphones. By the way, all the wires, including the ground and the isolated wires for the microphone, are varnished and all wires are multicore! Therefore, you must first clean up everything, and then solder.

The logical question is - on which wires does the tube up button hang on the adapter? The answer is the same as the microphone, when we press the button, the microphone wires are short-circuited among themselves.

By the way, I really like the headphones from seriksson, which are inserted deep into the ears, the ears do not get tired at all, the external world is less audible, and the sound quality (especially bass) is high.
