A day later, I receive an email from the freelance administration - your profile has been blocked due to numerous violations ... I am starting to scratch my turnips - where am I such a scoundrel for being a bad guy.
It turns out - one of the few freelancers who received a well-deserved minus, embarked on the warpath. It turns out that the rating system on the portal is “played out” as twice two. You ask two best friends to put a minus to a person - he is automatically banned and all his projects-reviews disappear.

1. The word "sorry" is completely absent in their vocabulary. Even from elementary politeness, one could say - “Oops, do not be angry, the algorithm failed”
2. It seems that the company does not even doubt the infallibility of its position. Said BAN, it means BAN and all go to the forest
3. I would like to especially note that emails are sent with administration @ - an alias for which no one even bothered to create an email. Trying to answer the "administration" I received - email does not exist ...
A simple scenario that can happen to the site, if you do not think again in time ...
1. Trolls begin to actively block all those who put minuses to them, customers fly out of the site
2. The few remaining customers under the threat of a ban put positive reactions to all in a row
3. The rating of the performers is flying to Tartar
4. Customers migrate to other sites, leaving the freelance to be a get-together for performers
5. Quality freelancers reach for customers and leave too
