qip.ru was overloaded (20:00 - 23:00, 1jul08) and for the DoS human factor. Everyone started downloading the “new version” of qip, which at that time was not announced on the site, but was already available for download. Hotfix, but without descriptions and links, because everything happened very quickly and efficiently (thanks to the qip developer for a quick fix). The server message that your client was supposedly outdated and it would be time to download the new version, strained so many users, with the exception of Miranda users.
