Adwords: Pay-Per-Action Program Shuts Down

The pay-per-action program will end its work in the last week of August 2008. Here's what Google reports on this issue for Adwords users:

Google does not stop working on new features that provide ample opportunities for users. As a result of Google’s recent DoubleClick purchase, the Performics affiliate network is now part of Google. To merge our offers, the pay-per-action beta program will end its work. If you want to continue advertising on a pay-per-action basis, you can use one of Google’s offerings based on the price per acquisition: Conversion Optimizer and the Performics partner network.
