Robokassa stopped working with individual entrepreneurs and individuals

According to the employees of Robokassa (who asked not to be named), at about 19:00 all NNCOs received a prescription from the Central Bank: to limit the withdrawal of funds to the accounts of individual entrepreneurs. Robokassa’s partner, RNKO RIB, received such an order.

Well, at 19:00 received, at 21:00 fulfilled. And at 22:00 (someone earlier, someone later) clients of Robokassa were notified. At the same time, I emphasize - RNKO RIB and Robokassa itself are the same hostages of the situation as those who suffered from this decision.

Tatiana Glazacheva, director of development for Robokassa, by the way, sincerely hopes for a resumption of work with individual entrepreneurs. It is true to call the time when it happens, she found it difficult.

Not pleasant, but true: the initial publication contains inaccuracies, which I didn’t want, but relying on the competence of official employees of Robokassa, inadvertently allowed. So, it seems that not all NNCOs of Russia stopped working with individual entrepreneurs and individuals, but at least the NIBO “Rib”, a partner of Robokassa. In any case, I received an official comment from RBC Money:

Our official statement:
We fully and without restrictions for the client work with such organizational and legal forms as IP and LLC in accordance with current regulations and current legislation.
The operator for the transfer of funds of NPO EPS, which is part of the structure of RBK Money, did not receive any letters from the Central Bank restricting its licensing activities.
