Wean the Opera from the embedded torrent client

I noticed that many of my friends, using Opera, are tormented with its built-in client torrent downloads.

Realizing that it does not work on 90% of trackers, they save .torrent files to disk (right-click to bring up the context menu and select “Save Object” there), go to the downloads tab and, starting the torrent from there, finally open it your client.

Oh, horror, people, stop! :)

After all, this is all set up in 30 seconds and then done in one:

Go to Tools -> Settings -> Advanced tab -> Download section
Enter torrent quick search line (do not forget to uncheck “Do not show opera files”)

')
Select the desired type, click "Change", select the item "Show download dialog" (I consider it optimal)

Voila! Now, when clicking on the .torrent download, we see the usual dialog box by clicking "Open" and we immediately get our file in our favorite torrent client.

ps Naturally, the torrent client should be linked to .torrent files

Alternative method:
In the address bar type: opera: config
Find “BitTorrent”, uncheck “Enable”, click “Save” (You can click here to go directly to the desired setting item)

Small victories over the interface in the name of saving time and nerves.
