Ladies Code Conference: Girls at IT April 26 in Moscow
Very soon we will be holding the Ladies Code conference in Moscow at AppTractor.ru. The goal of our conference is to support women in their desire to develop technologies and share the best examples of building a successful IT career.
Why is this all? We believe that everything should be balanced - and girls with their talent, passion and other approaches to solving problems can significantly speed up and improve the development of technology. In Russia, there is already a big shortage of developers, system administrators, people of most IT specialties. And then the situation will only get worse. On the other hand, the girls simply do not want to go to computer science , partly because of the male snobbery, partly not finding anything interesting in it. We want this conference to entice girls with information technologies, to show that it is not scary and to set directions for development and career.

How to do it? It is very simple - the vast majority of our speakers are also beautiful women and they will tell you in their examples how interesting and fascinating this is.
