Competition "Admin 80 level" from RUVDS

In 2016, on April 12, the world celebrated the 55th anniversary of the beginning of the space era. It was on this day - in 1961 - the Vostok rocket with the same spacecraft launched from the Baikonur cosmodrome.
We decided to mark this event in our own way and make a contest for the best administrator “Admin 80 level”. Several prizes will be raffled, the main prize is one year of free use of a VDS server on an SSD (CPU 5, RAM 5, SSD 50)
The task of the contestants to fix the "broken" VDS server on Windows.

Conditions of the competition
To participate in the contest, you need to register in your account (you can use an existing account) and write a message to the support service at e-mail: support@ruvds.com with the subject “Admin Contest”, be sure to indicate your account name in the letter.
Within an hour after the application for participation in the contest, a specially prepared server will be transferred to the account. During the duration of the competition, the Participant must complete the task and inform the support service.
• At the end of the contest, the VDS server is deleted from the Participant’s account.
• Each person is allowed to participate with only one account. It is forbidden to use “fake” accounts
• The total number of servers for the competition is limited: a maximum of 100 servers.
• It is prohibited to use the issued VPS server for any purposes out of competition.
• It is forbidden to violate the rules of service

Competition task:
1. The page "Be the best with Ruvds" should be available at YOUR_VPS_IP
2. The page should open in less than 5 seconds.
3. You can not disable the firewall and reinstall IIS (web server)
4. You can not use third-party software (web server)

The prize fund of the competition:
First place : VDS server running Windows Server 2012 R2, CPU 5x2.6GHz, RAM 5 GB, Disk SSD 50 GB one year of free use, diploma of the winner "Admin 80 level", branded mug from RUVDS.
Second place: 70% discount
Third place: 50% discount
Fourth place: 30% discount

Determining the winner of the competition:

• The winner is the participant who sent the first answer to the task with the work address YOUR_VPS_IP
• All winners will receive a personal notification in one of the available ways: e-mail, phone call, message in the personal account of the site ruvds.com
• Also, the winner can independently contact the company to claim their right to receive the prize.
