How to fly free to Paris with a girl and get a development contract

The most pleasant part in the hackathon is the prizes, and the prizes are different. Basically they are united by one thing - they are few. At all, not enough. And after over700 hakathons, stickers, T-shirts and mugs are somehow boring. This time, something new: colleagues from NUMA Moscow are conducting a hackathon with AccorHotels (who do not know are all sorts of trendy Ibis, Novotel, Mercury), which is also a novelty - I don’t remember the hotel hackathons. In order to win a trip to the land of boiled frogs and a metal tower, you need to assemble a team (ideally two boys + two girls) and win. Nothing complicated.



Hakatons are far from new, and they take place in Moscow alone every month, if not more often. Creating a prototype in a short time (24.48 or 72 hours) ceases to be unique. But what to do next? Of course, there are successful startups created by prototypes after hakatons, but they can be practically counted on fingers. Because during the hackathon, the goal is set explicitly, and teams of mentors and experts can help at all stages of creating a prototype. And after the hackathon, the matter is entirely up to you - ready to bring the prototype to MVP on your own? Is the game worth the candle? Where to look for support and sponsors?

April 22-23 AccorHotels holds its first Hackathon in Russia as part of a global corporate Digital - plan. The qualitative difference between this Hackathon, organized with NUMA Moscow, the first international innovation hub in Russia, is the development of the best prototypes after Hackathon. That is, 3 winning teams get the possibility of free intensive acceleration (1 month) from NUMA Moscow, a 3-day all-inclusive business train to Paris and to meet with AccorHotels top managers for a possible financing / purchase / incubation contract project. So, in 48 hours at least 12 of the participants will be able to become entrepreneurs with the opportunity to sign a contract with the world leader of the hotel business.
