Severe end of Q2 for online stores Runet.

Several colleagues complained about a serious decline in sales in May-June of this year. One talked about stagnation, and several said that this year things were even somewhat worse than last year. Judging by the latest data, the audience of the Runet during this period significantly decreased, which is not surprising in principle, however, no one expected such a serious decline in activity. What are your thoughts on this colleague? The Russian e-commerce is starting to lose ground because of the almost ubiquitous disgusting quality of service, or just seasonality, can people be reluctant to buy online?
