Perfect project management system

Habralyudi! What a day already torments me the question: what is lacking in modern web-based project management systems? I am sure that many of you work in teams that are diverse. Some have an office, and some are scattered hundreds of kilometers apart. So: what do you all use? What suits, and what is missing? And most importantly - what do you dream? =)
