Google accused of stealing software

The software developer, LimitNone (I, frankly, completely unknown) sued Google, accusing the Internet giant of stealing software.

According to the plaintiff, Google completely (!) Copied the data transfer program from Microsoft Outlook to the Gmail service developed by LimitNone. Thus, comrades from LimitNone, claiming that the Google Email Uploader is an exact copy of their gMove, require about $ 950 million from Google as compensation for damage.

I really don’t know how much Google needed to “copy” software. Not enough to believe it. In my opinion, it smells like a kind of romping court PR. But the fact remains.
