And everything would seem simple - write a short TZ, specify the requirements for the terms, describe the remuneration.
Everything. Nothing more is needed. The proposed developer will ask a few clarifying questions, take a short pause to read and give a concrete intelligible answer.

But no. Life is complex, cruel and full of chaos. “Another person” will never fulfill the points indicated above, but will walk in a circle, getting questions like “how do you like the project in principle? what do you think? ”and postpone the question of remuneration until the very last moment (until the conversation hangs). Probably the conversation is being conducted with the aim of understanding whether the idiot performer is sufficient. Can you put him on your idea so that he fanatically and with a smile on his face wrote everything in a blyu.

Memo to the employer:

1. If you can not make a tiny TK and clearly describe your proposal (including material remuneration), then most likely your project is just crap, and you are no manager.
2. If you want to find an enthusiast, then most likely you will fail. You have such a lot. And if the idea itself (it should work for the idea) worked, then the situation would look like this: no programmer gets any money and does not work anywhere - everyone is busy with the embodiment of other people's fantasies. Think for a second - is it possible?
3. If you decided to adequately pay for the work, then, (for God's sake!), Do not ask the question “How much do you want for it?” To the person to whom you yourself went out and who did not come up to you with offers of work. You ask the person to devote time to your project - you and bid. The programmer is not a businessman and such questions put him in a dead end. Interest yourself if you are going to do it.
