Pornographic logo?

Developed a corporate identity for a company engaged in professional cosmetics, i.e. promoting serious means of decorating / improving the appearance of all beauty salons and the like. The customer stabbed the interim sketch, arguing that it was definitely pornography or something close to it.

People, do you think such a picture is acceptable?
