Gmailify: The best of Gmail’s features are now available without the @gmail mailbox.

The Gmail application provides the ability to unify your mailboxes from different services for better organization of letters and the use of other useful, previously exclusively "intra-mail" functions.

Since last year, the Gmail application for Android allowed you to access mailboxes of other mail services, for example, Yahoo! Mail or Outlook.com. The Gmail team has received many positive feedback from those who have used this feature. Many customers would like to use other useful Gmail features, such as spam protection and inbox mail structuring, in their accounts, but they would not like to work hard with changing their mailbox. This has been taken into account. Starting February 17th, using Yahoo! Mail or Hotmail / Outlook.com allows you to "gmail" your inbox sections. This feature attaches your existing account from another mail service to the Gmail application in such a way that all of the goodies — anti-spam, incoming email, and even Google Now cards linked to your mail — work without having to change your regular email address. All you need to do is launch the Gmail application, log in to your account, and activate the Gmailify feature. And of course, you always have the right to change your mind and unlink your account at any time, while continuing to use the Gmail application without “gmailing” third-party mailboxes.

Gmail is very pleased to be able to provide its interesting features to a wider audience, and in the future it plans to improve the Gmailify function for use with other mail services.
