Google refuses to flash in advertising



For the past few years, HTML5 has increasingly supplanted FLASH.

The other day, Google announced that it would completely abandon the display of advertising on Flash, in favor of HTML5 in the very near future.

Already starting from June 30, 2016, banners on flash will no longer be uploaded to AdWords and DoubleClick Digital Marketing.
And starting from January 2, 2017, flash ads will not be displayed on the Google Display Network and via DoubleClick *.

Advertisers who still have banners on the AdWords advertisements on flash offer some simple ways that will allow them to continue using their creative materials by converting them with Google tools ( more here )

For the past few years, Google has been working on translating its HTML5 web tools, which allows advertisers to reach a wider audience on many different devices that may not support old technology.
And Google strongly recommends using these tools before the above dates.
