Incoming calls will be charged again.

The European Commission will not prevent mobile operators to offer customers a favorable tariff with paid incoming, according to Frans Press.

At the same time, representatives of the executive body of the EU warned the company that users may be dissatisfied with the introduction of a charge for incoming calls, which is currently charged only if the caller is abroad - in roaming. This practice has also been adopted in Ukraine (since 2003) and in Russia (since 2006), and in the USA and China, subscribers pay for both outgoing and incoming calls.

To make the payment system less bureaucratic, the European Commission also plans to reduce the amount of payments made between different mobile operators for calls between subscribers of different networks.

More recently, the news was also announced that in the near future the payment system for Internet can change.

Currently, all the major Internet service providers in the world are systematically making the Internet look like television: soon limited freedom will result in users paying for the opportunity to visit a limited package of websites, and if they wish to visit a site not included in the package they will have to pay for it.

Internet providers understand that the only way not to lose customers is to realize that there is no alternative, therefore all large Internet providers now make agreements and plan to simultaneously switch to new conditions by 2012.
