New call reporting for 3CX v14

Reports and call recordings are a favorite toy of big bosses. In 3CX v 14 statistics has become even more convenient and informative.



Conversation reports are sent to email in one of 5 selected formats.

There are 22 different reports available, from general statistics on the subscriber to schedules of unanswered calls.



Setting filters


It is possible to get a sample of calls for certain parameters. Caller's number, number where they called, call duration, etc. In my opinion, from the point of view of control, the function of missed calls is interesting.



Now as for the report itself., It’s quite clear to track the call path. 1 call was in the queue, 2 - answered by one employee, 3 - transferred to another and right there link to the record.



In addition, there is a simple billing, you can download rates from a csv-file and get the estimated cost of the call.



It should be noted that the PBX can issue full-fledged CDRs that can be “fed” to the adult accounting system, but this is another story.
