Skype 4.0 Beta 1 for Windows

The fourth Skype for Windows has been released, the version 4.0.0.145 is now on the offsite (Release date: June 18, 2008).

Major changes:
* Installation of audio and video devices "on the fly", without additional (initial) installation and configuration in the operating system.
* New interface - now everything is in one window.
* Improved Skype Out.

Because this is still beta, not all of the declared features work in it - the Skype-goods store, Skype Prime, automatic dialing, video presentations and integration with Outlook contacts are left for the following builds.
