Linux Vacation / Eastern Europe - registration extended until June 20
By decision of the organizing committee of the Linux Vacation Eastern Europe conference, registration of applications for participation in the event was extended from 10 to 20 June. You can register on the conference website at lvee.org
The event itself will take place on June 26-29 in Belarus in the territory of the Khimik camp site. The international conference of developers and users of free software is held on the territory of Belarus for the fourth time.
The formation of the conference program is still in the final stages, but we already know that the list of reports includes such topics as “Perspectives on using Free & Open Source solutions within the framework of higher education”, “Developing XUL applications on the Ruby on Rails platform”, reports on GNU distributions / Linux, as well as a new standard mobile phone running a free OS. For the first time in the history of the conference, a separate Debian workshop is scheduled.

This year the conference was supported by a record number of Belarusian IT-companies. The list of official sponsors are: SaM Solutions , EPAM Systems , Alatys , Promwad , BLRSoft and Onliner .
