Developer Search Plugins

In any modern browser along with the address bar there is a search string. It is used as a substitute for the start page of a search engine - google.com, ya.ru.

In Firefox and IE 7, the search string can be added - either manually or using “search plugins” - files with a description of the search engine in XML format.

So, in the process of searching for the next mana (I work in Windows, and I communicate with the hosting via SSH, so there are no local manas) the idea occurred that instead of the usual google.com/search?q=man+gz you can set up search by to any repository of manuals. He did this by choosing OpenNet for this purpose.

And it would be convenient to search by the PHP manual, right? I understand that there is a CHM, but there are no comments from users. And they usually have a lot of useful examples and corrections.

And it would be convenient not only to customize the search, but to make XML descriptions and share with you. :)

For installation - here: Search plugins for the web developer .

There's also a search for Wordpress Codex and MySQL and Apache manuals, by the way.

If there are more ideas - let me know in the comments, I will add.
