Remote registration of SPD (FOP) in Ukraine - 2.0

On Habré there is a wonderful article , step by step describing the procedure for remote (or electronic) registration of PDAs in Ukraine (for which astlock is a special thank you ), but, unfortunately, it has partially lost its relevance, due to the change of software from the State. Registrar. Since I just went through the registration procedure myself, I would like to share the new version of the process with the community. At once I want to note that I used official state services, avoiding intermediaries and commercial offers.

Step 1:
Get digital signature keys. You can immediately issue a certificate of physical person - entrepreneur. Free and fast, it can be done at ADCSD IDD Mindokhodov . Forms of documents , addresses and mode of operation . The keys can be written on a USB flash drive or on a CD. The procedure takes ~ 5 minutes.

Step 2:
Register on the Registration Portal . For successful passing there are 2 conditions: use Windows, and add rp.irc.gov.ua to “Trusted Sites”. Works on 7 and 8 versions of Windows exactly.

Step 3:
To pay the state duty for registration (Registration zbіr for the holding of the state registration of legal entities and physical assets, 34 UAH.). Details should be searched on the sites of district administrations or through the website of the State. Treasury . You can pay through any e-Banking, which is a confirmation of payment. Save your payment as TIFF. It is important.

Step 4:
Prepare a copy of your TIN card in TIFF format. Note that the number of the blank card and the date of issue, is what is written under the signature of the inspector.

Step 5:
Fill out the application for registration, indicating all the necessary data. Add 2 previously prepared files (billing and TIN) and sign them with your digital signature. Submit the application.

Step 6:
Wait and check status. By the way, you can check the status through the IRC website, indicating your TIN. As soon as the number and date of discharge appear in your record - go to the registration portal, look for your application (Filed) and choose "View documents" - the Portal will give you the text of the statement from the state register (in RTF format). Formally, from now on you are an entrepreneur.

The statement already contains information about your registration with the tax inspectorate, the pension fund, and statistics agencies. Choose a taxation system, enter into contracts for electronic signature recognition and go ahead.

Let me remind you that in order to switch to a single tax, you must submit an application within 10 days from the date of registration, not receiving an extract, but in one calendar month.

Step 7:
Call your registrar on the phone and ask to send you the original statement by mail (sent to the address of your registration), or go to him personally.
