Opera-9.5: From scratch

The idea to write this article arose immediately after the release of the browser Opera-9.5. Apparently, constant users' questions about how to correctly switch from the old version to the new one played a role. It's no secret that when upgrading, installing Opera over the previous version often leads to unpredictable consequences, for which developers are a big minus. However, at the moment we have what we have, so it makes sense to simply make the transition to the latest release in compliance with certain rules that have been “forced” by experienced Opera users for years.

I hope enough time, effort and desire to continue working;)

By the way, this work is meant to be useful not only for users who already work in Opera, but also for those who decided to try it out for the first time.
