Copyright and streaming

Hello.
For several years now I have been carrying out the idea of creating my online TV channel. I was very happy about the appearance of Ace Stream a couple of years ago, but the question turned out to be not in the technical possibilities of creating a TV channel on the Internet, but in the absence of a variety of legal free content for broadcasting such a television.
In this article, I can not give answers, even on the contrary, I am looking for answers regarding copyright and how not to violate them.

Why is the TV channel when there is so much available video on demand? Because people still like to listen to the radio and watch TV. And also, due to the fact that it has become technically possible for free, even if provided for broadcasting, for a small group of users.

One of the few solutions I found was the Creative Commons license .
In one form or another, it allows us to take someone else's material and use it for our own purposes (for example, Attribution). But if in the case of an image, all you just need to specify the author, let's say under the image. So in the case of the video, it is not clear how to specify the authorship. Should this be the text at the beginning of the video, or should authorship be indicated throughout the time while playing as a movie.
In the case of a channel logo overlay, how to deal with a license (Attribution-NoDerivs) that does not allow editing a video clip, whether it will be considered a derivative work.
As for the NonCommercial license, whether it concerns only video sales, or profit from advertising and other activities of the site where the channel is located, also violates this license.

The only thing upsetting in Creative Commons is that it’s very interesting video material under this license.
')
Next would like to consider the standard license YouTube. So how difficult is it to find a clear explanation of what it allows you to do with video under this license, and what is not?
Whether such a video can be used for commercial or non-commercial purposes, the question has arisen because of the variety of programs on regular TV based on YouTube videos.

Also, is it possible to legally relay existing television channels on the Internet. What is needed for this from a legal point of view.

Maybe someone faced with the work of music channels, as clips get to them in the rotation, who for what in this case pays?

In the end I would like to ask to share your ideas about where you can get video content without violating copyright. And whether there are analogues of Creative Commons with us.
