Anonymity updated after Opera 9.5

Updated portable package for anonymous surfing on the net - OperaTor 3.0 .



Changes in the new release:

- the ability to ignore warnings about the presence of unnecessary copies of Polipo or Tor
- in the file operator.ini - new variable - DisableWarnings permanently disabling warnings
