The most complete of the available bases of new mortgage has posted on the Internet mortgage broker Fosborn Home. The freely available list of more than 500 apartments is updated daily. Now the database contains information about 75 new buildings located in all districts of Moscow, as well as in the suburbs. “All objects are checked for compliance with the requirements of banks for the accreditation of new buildings - only those apartments are selected in the database for which banks are willing to provide a mortgage loan,” the company reports .
