Raffle free testing of your project in the Mail.Ru Group UX-lab

On the eve of the New Year holidays, the Mail.Ru Group will play free testing in its usability laboratory. Until today, the laboratory was available only to Mail.Ru Group projects, and for the first time the company is ready to open it to an external audience.

You can give for testing absolutely any service without restrictions: it can be a website or an application for any operating system. To take part in the drawing, you need to submit an application from December 10 to December 25, 2015, and also have a direct bearing on the creation of a product: to be its developer, product manager, designer or owner. The winner, who will be determined by nimble hexbug robots, will be announced on December 28.

The usability laboratory has been working in the Mail.Ru Group for over four years. This is a kind of internal consulting agency, where any developer and project manager can turn. Requests are very different: from the definition of the target audience to the test icons. The most popular is to check the “in design” of the new design of the application or site, find out whether the users like and are comfortable with it. Depending on the request, the best research methods are determined and respondents are selected.

Today, usability research is becoming increasingly popular, but the vast majority of companies and organizations do not have the opportunity to organize their own full-fledged usability laboratory.

Following the test, the winner will receive a detailed report and video, as well as the opportunity to meet with the team of the usability-laboratory Mail.Ru Group to discuss the results and recommendations on possible further steps in product development.
