The task that is offered to students on TRIZ (theory of inventive problem solving)

In process of the decision, I will finish still problems

At one of the creameries, sunflower oil began to disappear during transportation.
Suspicion fell on one of the drivers - about 10 liters of oil were missed on every flight.
The tank for transporting oil looks like a tank with kvass, only the big one - at the top of one side is a large and wide hatch where the oil is poured, at the bottom on the opposite side a tap through which the oil is drained.
The driver's route is the next - in the morning he arrives at the carpool, where he is given an empty tank - then goes to the oil mill, where they pour sunflower oil into the tank - then he goes to the oil plant, where the oil is drained and processed - then returns the empty tank to the car pool.
At first they thought that the matter in the tank — they began to change tanks — the oil still disappears.
Then they thought that the driver on the way drains the oil through the crane or scoops out the hatch, began to seal the hatch and the crane at the oil mill after filling the oil - the seals are intact at the creamery, and there is a shortage of oil.
Finally, the freight forwarder was taken to the driver and he accompanied the driver from the oil mill to the butter factory - there was still a shortage of oil ...

The question is - how is the driver tyril oil?
