Let this not yet be a familiar pattern in understanding classical process automation, but nevertheless the BUTTON service has every chance to take an interesting segment of outsourcing accounting, legal services and a secretary via the Internet. The reason is simple - implementation + relatively small money for SOHO for communicating with fiscal authorities through a professional BUTTON filter. I am glad that colleagues are actively talking about holacracy and, perhaps, will soon make a decision that will be positioned specifically for such a control system.

This is a good sign that the developers understand that there is nothing to do in the “for all” segment, and the window of opportunity is not closed in niches, and users of the rather conservative segment perceive the clouds positively.

A great example of the success of niche SaaS is Iiko. What were the plans of the colleagues in 2012 - to take 50% of the market with a turnover of 40 M $. In 2015, according to open sources, the annual growth is 35% and “over the past two years the number of Iiko installations has exceeded 1,400”.

Alfa-Bank has included cloud services in the pool of proposals of the “Client Club”. I would not like to write about the segment in detail, because “By default” all types of communication have become the standard of automation systems for SOHO, as evidenced by colleagues from Voximplant , successfully integrated into several SaaS.
