SP2 released today - the changes affected the 3CX Phone for Windows softphone, CDR and fault-tolerant operation schemes.
Secretary Console / Call Management

The following functionality has been added to the “Extended Presence Information” section according to the roles:
- User - displays the presence of colleagues
- Secretary - incoming calls & presence with the ability to quickly transfer a call
- Manager - Supervisor & Secretary Features
- Supervisor (Q-Manager) - displays the status of calls in the Queue & allows you to manage calls
- Wallboard — displays single or aggregated statistics for multiple queues for Agents
In addition, added new call handling features:
- Call transfer via Drag & Drop (blind or accompanied).
- Filters for more convenient display of active calls.
New Wallboard
The limited web version is now in the past - the new Wallboard has a windowed interface and many statistics options.
The wallboard has now become part of the 3CX softphone and in order to display it on the big screen you just have to maximize the window.
fault tolerance
Starting with SP2, a “hot reserve” became available. Now Standby-Server automatically replicates the configuration and monitors the status of the active server.
Licensing of this option has not yet been completed - it is available only for PRO users, but in the future it may require an additional license.
New CDR in Management Console
The functionality of the CDR has been significantly reworked and improved. Now it can be configured through a graphical interface.
