Two Koreans arrested for sending 1.6 billion letters

Two programmers from South Korea were arrested on suspicion of organizing a mass mailing of advertising messages by e-mail. The number of letters sent out by them is estimated at 1.6 billion .

Police representatives report that the distribution was the largest in the history of the country. Young people, one of whom is 20, and another 26, are accused of collecting personal and financial data about 12 thousand people who responded to their spam messages.

All data on the tricks of spammers will soon be handed over to public prosecutors, who will then submit to the court a complete picture of what happened.
