After all, having fallen into ideal conditions, when there is a lot of time and most of it can be read books (immediately obsolete after being published), you will start to degrade very quickly, lose skills, be lazy, relax, drink a cup of tea in a day and turn into a shudder from any ghost responsibility and risk of the marsh catfish :-)
And the first sign of such a “poisoning” is the fear of writing code with pleasure, thinking with your fingertips and managing risks with joy. After a pause, after a while you will feel that, despite working in a bank, a plate, Gazprom, the administration and other furious people, you are not the same, you write the code with pain and the brain begins to crunch. And yet, dude, you fell out of the creative creative flow, and you have one way out - to figure in the open-air at night or again to search for a life-affirming comet and cling to its tail.
Or maybe you console yourself with the vision of a clerk in a white shirt, an expensive tie, and ... two convolutions in the head? Do not think that it is easy for him - there are a lot of people like him, they have high competition, and not always the most worthy one: it’s one thing the algorithm to implement or write beautifully a group of classes, and it’s quite another brother to be able to smile and suck up.
That is why it is so important to learn to appreciate companies full of life, work in start-ups, deadlines, full of risks and vigils. The result and the joy of achieving the result here will bring much more pleasure from work and life! Much. Than the planned slow birth of a knowingly dead creature - stretched over long months and sometimes years in large corporate swamps - in which projects are often thought out immediately to die.
