Personal RSS feed

I would very much like to be able to read news from all subscribed blogs in one feed.

The following is meant - to create an RSS feed at www.habrahabr.ru/blog/my

How realistic is this?

Somehow it's not usability to have several RSS feeds for each signed blog ... or is there a solution to this problem that I don't know about? ;-)
