DBMS Linter Bastion on the ReactOS operating system.

Measurements showed that Linter running ReactOS gives a performance boost of 10-15% compared to Windows XP on identical hardware configuration. In the course of the work, shortcomings in the OS were identified, which were promptly eliminated by the developer community with the direct and active participation of the Russian ReactOS Foundation.

The relational database management system Linter has been developed by the Russian company NPP RELEX. The DBMS is certified by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and the FSTEC of Russia and is recommended for use at enterprises of the military-industrial complex, in state systems, and also in specialized software and hardware complexes intended for processing state secret data.
ReactOS is an initiative to create a free and open source alternative to the Microsoft Windows NT family of operating systems, fully compatible with their existing drivers and software. The NT architecture has always been highly flexible and efficient, and its long dominant position in the computer industry has led to the fact that the NT family of Windows NT systems have become the most supported operating systems, including the newest Microsoft operating system - Microsoft Windows 10.
