How to start a newbie in Go

If you decide to try the wonderful Go language, but do not know where to start, you have a direct route to this post, where I tried to list all the resources necessary for beginners.

• Plugin for IntelijIdea - in my opinion, the most convenient tool, if you are certainly not an adherent of other editors;
• Plugin for Vim is quite convenient, many use it. Unless of course vim is nice to you;
• Plugin for Emacs - for those who have their fingers bent;
• Plugin for Sublime - abandoned, but you can use. I do not recommend;
