The main feature of the new version of the device is double the “output” voltage, now it is 220V (strictly speaking, minus 220V). Also, when developing a new version, efforts were made to make the device even more compact, since in the first version it was necessary to modify the case a bit to fit everything.

The principle of operation has not changed. Connecting to the USB port starts the operation of a voltage converter that charges capacitors up to 220V. Upon reaching this voltage, the converter turns off, and the energy stored in the capacitors is fed to the signal lines of the USB interface. After the discharge of capacitors, the cycle repeats.
