Increasingly, I am convinced that what most people consider interesting in co-working is weakly correlated with its real advantages. “Renting a place for chipping”, “communal office” is only the external side, and co-working here really does not differ much from, say, small business centers that rent out a toilet for 2-3 people.

- collaboration of free professionals
- shared resources and the possibility of "quick start" for beginners
- practical training in teamwork skills, making personal portfolio
- comfortable and creative atmosphere

The most frequent incorrect points that are considered to be reference:
- rent a workplace at an affordable price
- the ability to use special resources (intercom, safes, kitchen, etc.)
- beautiful office, convenient location

Incorrect business model:
The main source of income is rent and services. The organizer himself determines the cost of renting places and using services, including the cost of his work and the need to recoup the investment. Coworkers are generally unrelated. Cash flows are opaque.
