The incident affected the activities of many companies, including ours, we actively used Skype for rapid communication between employees within our organization, and now we are forced to use less convenient, alternative instant messengers. It is likely that the fall has already led to access to the network of more than a hundred thousand "dark" phones almost simultaneously.
