Free Firebird large database seminar

Firebird Project and IBSurgeon ( IBase.ru ) invite Firebird SQL administrators and developers working with large databases to a free seminar. The seminar will be held October 21, 2015 in Moscow. An invitation is required to participate in the seminar - see below.

Short topics of the seminar:

1. Backup large databases
2. Optimization of performance in large databases
3. An example of the analysis of the structure of an industrial database of 1 Terabyte.
4. Replication
5. Scaling, clustering.

Due to the limited places to attend the seminar you need to get an invitation. To get an invitation, write to support@ibase.ru with the note “BDB Workshop” and brief information about your company and database (size, number of users, application area).

If your database has a size of more than 500GB, then you will definitely receive an invitation, if less, then depending on the availability.
