Yandex supports Sitemap 0.9

Mikhail Senin and Ya.Webmaster service developers today announced support for the Yandex search engine Sitemap format .

You can tell Yandex about the presence of a Sitemap for a site in two ways:

• adding the URL of the Sitemap file to the Sitemap section of the Yandex.Webmaster service ;
• adding a Sitemap directive to your site’s robots.txt file .
