Autumn Rambler.iOS Meeting

Autumn came, astrologers predicted a time of increased activity of mobile developers - and on September 24 we are ready to hold a new Rambler.iOS meeting, officially number four.

For those who do not remember us, a small introduction: we are the iOS development team of the holding company Rambler & Co , we like to share our experience and best practices with the community, so we organized irregular meetings for all those interested. Our key difference from other circles of interest - we pay more attention to the quality of performances, and not their number - all the speakers pass through a multi-stage system of verification and listening - and the output is really worthwhile material for which it is not a pity to spend a gloomy Thursday evening.

The program is planned very rich. Let's start with the most important topics:

	The first speaker will be Savushkin Maxim - a man-orchestra, on whose shoulders lies the development of applications of the Rambler family. The cash registers (and there are at least a dozen of them). He will share his experience of writing truly modular applications, will tell you what problems he encountered, and what tools and approaches help him in this (to attract attention - VIPER , Typhoon and Nimbus ).
	Tolstoy Egor will talk about the topic, which many iOS-developers modestly bypass - these are issues of synchronization and writing multi-threaded code. In addition to a small educational program, he will consider several classic synchronization problems and show their possible solutions, both with the use of simple semaphores and at a higher level of abstraction — NSOperations.
	Saprykin Herman will share his experience, having designed the main aspects of the architecture of all mobile applications of Rambler & Co - he will tell about how our views on the correct structure of the business logic layer of the application changed, what solutions we used and what we ended up with.

We got a few AppCode licenses and we decided to experiment - instead of banal draws for the “best questions” we will try to run a small quiz among all the guests - so you can start preparing!

And, of course, besides everything else, the most important thing awaits you - pizza, coffee, excursions to our picturesque workplaces and good company!
