Apparently the day came when spammers appeared in the popular Telegram messenger, although this was to be expected. This morning I received 12 messages of this kind:

Apparently, the link is for iPhone owners and maybe something bad there. It is not possible to check for myself, for the Telegram is on my poppy.
The question remains, how, even for a minute, to write 12 messages with such a volume of text?

How to protect yourself from spammers? In the settings, I did not find a section where you can set a filter for receiving messages only from the list of contacts.
