Wikipedia is no longer blocked

Disclaimer: in the post are facts, links, etc. at the time when Wikipedia was blocked by Roskomnadzor. At the moment, August 25, 14:55 Moscow time, the blocking is removed and the site is removed from the registry of prohibited. All of the following was written before the site was unblocked.

The author of the article (provider - dom.ru) is already blocking (by replacement methods, but this is already “the norm of life”).

And the question is not in the proxy, not in some workarounds. Why does the Internet, for which we pay, turns into https spoofing pages instead of, say, an article about Stephen Hawking?
