Survey: What data to open the tax office?
As an introduction, I will repeat the text a little with which I accompany all the polls.
It is quite possible that many of you know about the Open Data Council, this is such a working group under the Governmental Commission on Openness in which they discuss and recommend the government to open data. I am not only a member of this working group, but I am also its deputy chairman and I consider it important that the activities of the council help those who understand what data are needed and in what form are needed from the authorities.
Therefore, on a regular basis, we conduct surveys of developers on how and what is needed from a particular authority.

This time the time has come for the Federal Tax Service. Previously, the experts of the council met with colleagues from the Federal Tax Service of Russia and discussed the data that they considered the highest priority. But, of course, more important is what end users think about it.
For those who have not previously encountered the FTS data, they can be found on their website in the " Open Data section " and a large database is FIAS data available at fias.nalog.ru
I know that these data are actively used, especially the FIAS base is in demand in a huge number of projects. However, even the most popular data needs their development at the request of users.

The survey results will be reviewed at the open data council and transferred to the responsible officers of the Federal Tax Service of Russia.
